    Description

    This is an 16" Effanbee "Billy Bum" doll designed by Faith Wick from the early '80s. He is in mint like condition and has not been played with. I reglued the sole of one shoe as the glue dried out from age. The tissue is in good shape.There is no tie downs as He has been taken out for inspection and photos.  The is new old stock from my toy store which was closed . He has been in storage for several years..He is a great addition to anyone's collection..He has his original  hang tag,certificate and box .. He is from a non-smoking environment. .Shipping is extra. .Please ask any questions before bidding.
